Taking care of yourself is the KINDEST thing you can do
- Read a book
- Get creative (paint, draw and use your talent)
- Go outside (soak in sun, rain, and wind)
- Drink Water
- Rest (it's okay to take a break)
- Journal or write about your feelings
- Have a cup of tea or cocoa (I'll recommend Chamomile Tea.)
- Cuddle with your furry animal or teddy bear
- Reconnect with someone you adore
- Meditate
- Treat yourself
- Get a hug
- Eat healthy
